Common questions
Do you supply outside Gujarat?
Yes. We despatch across India and handle export consignments with ISPM-15 heat treatment and IPPC marking where required. Give us the delivery location at enquiry stage so freight is priced into the quotation rather than added later.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
Minimum order varies by product and is confirmed at quotation. Send us the requirement and we will tell you straight away whether it is workable.
How quickly can you deliver?
Ex-stock items move fastest; made-to-order sections depend on the machining and, where specified, seasoning or treatment. Every quotation states the lead time per line separately so you can see which items drive the date.
Can you supply against a project specification?
Send us the specification with your enquiry. We confirm in writing what we can meet before you place the order, and what documentation will accompany the consignment — rather than discovering a gap at inspection.
Do you work with main contractors and EPC firms?
Yes. We supply refineries, ports, metro lines, dams and industrial projects across India, and are set up for the documentation, inspection and despatch requirements that come with that work.
